We have a great tint sleeve mounter and cutter.  With it, you can easily mount tint sleeves on an air mandrel.  In addition, you can precisely cut sleeves to the exact width you need.

Tint Sleeves

Flexographic tint sleeves are the choice of flexo printers for overall tinting, flood coating and varnishing. Because there is no gap, tint sleeves provide complete coverage, improved cylinder balance and eliminate the “bounce” associated with conventional flexographic printing plates. Conversource carries Standard Line™ in various materials, including EPDM, Neoprene, Buna and Silicone. Clean-Print™ premium tint sleeves are manufactured using a unique process that produces an ultrasmooth surface that provides smooth laydown with reduced “orangepeel.”
